Liked the hotel, it was nice with absolutely perfect and magnificent location close to the bus stops. Location: the venue was near to the Kawaguchiko lake, and shops and restaurants. Easily reached Tampopo, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there...

The location of this ryokan is fantastic, with stunning views of the lake and Mount Fuji. The onsen was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The staff even went out of their way to drop us off at the train station. a homely experience. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the incredible view of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji. The hotel is conveniently located on the shores of the lake, with a walking path and bicycle rentals nearby. The room was clean and spacious with traditional futons and tea and coffee available. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.
No issues.

The Japanese experience was authentic and unique. The private onsen was relaxing and soothing, adding to the cultural immersion. The hotel was situated in close proximity to the lake and bridge which offered a picturesque view. The traditional feel of the guest room was calming.
The price was not justified by the lack of amenities, such as no shower or food available. Communication was a barrier as no English was spoken and the hotel was far from any restaurants or shops.

The hotel is situated near a peaceful lake and close to bus stops, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the lake from their traditional rooms while sipping complimentary tea. Onsen, a microwave oven, and a water heater are available for guests.
The staff's limited knowledge of English may make communication a bit difficult for non-Japanese speakers.
